Brand new and custom built for Isle of Harris Sea Tours, our vessel is carefully designed to make your trip as comfortable, fun and refreshing as possible. A 10 metre twin hulled motor cruiser, the boat is a superbly safe and stable vessel and with 270 sq ft of deck space, there is ample room to move around during your trip. The vessel is suitable for all ages and levels of mobility.
We can take a maximum of 12 passengers on each trip and there is seating outside for 12 passengers and also seating inside the heated cabin for 12, so that whatever the weather brings, you can be assured that you can relax and enjoy the views from the large windows.
The stable twin hulls give fantastic stability for wildlife spotting and taking photographs without restriction.
The boat has an enclosed WC and small galley to allow the crew to prepare you fresh coffee and tea during each trip. We also have power outlets which allow you to charge your phone or camera batteries if required.
As there is an access door on the starboard side, we are able to offer full wheelchair access on all trips from the Isle of Harris Marina in East Loch Tarbert and, subject to tides, on trips from West Loch Tarbert.
During our Otters Seals and Creels trip we will lift some shellfish creels and check the contents to see what has been caught. We have commissioned a custom designed clear acrylic tank with circulating sea water where adults and children can interact with all the different species such as crab, lobster, starfish and much more.
